Medical Fitness Association announces partnership with Active Entities Consulting

David Flench, president of the US-based Medical Fitness Association, announced a partnership with Active Entities Consulting to collaborate on the development of live events.

“We have seen what active entities can do with the tremendous success they have had with their events. I believe that, given the synergy between our organizations, we can create the same success with our medical fitness audience, ”said Flench. Active Entities hosted two sold-out symposia in 2021, one in May in Newtown, PA, which was the first live event for the industry in 2021, and a second event in August in Haverhill, MA. “Our formula for success is very simple,” says Bobby Verdun, Founder and President of Active Entities. “We found that people wanted to hear new information from inside and outside the industry. So we’ve teamed up with a number of amazing presenters who are new to the MFA audience and who are excited to bring a new look and new tools to the industry ”.

The first live MFA event for 2022 will take place in the Atlanta area in the spring. The event will feature a number of exciting nuances, including an entertainment theme that will mix a bit of Hollywood with traditional information about the fitness industry. “Being so close to Marvel Studios gives us the opportunity to connect the entertainment industry and let the ‘best of the best’ show us how to create exceptional member experiences beyond what we currently do,” says Verdun. “If we’ve learned one thing from the pandemic, it’s that members of our fitness center failed to interact with each other and have fun with each other. They’re not just looking to sweat… they’re looking for fresh and fun experiences that, in turn, will boost their motivation and help them achieve their fitness goals.

In addition, the group will be inviting two keynote speakers to complement what is sure to be an exciting event. In addition to the current MFA sponsors, Active Entities plans to introduce new suppliers and sponsors. “Our industry is at its best when we focus on relationship building… not just sales,” said Richard Synnott, vice president of Active Entities. “To that end, our sponsors and suppliers will be part of the show… not just on the sidelines. “
