Over 100 TLMI Members Meet for Association Committee Summit in Austin, TX

Milford, OH: Over 100 association members attended the recent TLMI Committee Summit which was held December 2-3 in Austin, TX. In her welcome address, TLMI President Linnea Keen kicked off the Summit by summarizing the association’s accomplishments and successes over the past year, including the Spring Virtual Summit, the annual board planning session, association annual meeting, launch of a new website, integration of a new Association Management System (AMS) and the recently launched online membership portal, Community.

In her welcome speech, Keen told attendees, “TLMI has immense admiration in the printed packaging industry and there is a reason for it. That reason is our membership and the continued dedication people like you have to this association by attending events like this and lending your voice to TLMI’s strategic direction for the coming year. Our committees remain at the heart of this association and a central force in how we shape the offerings that deliver value to our members. “

Among the summit delegates were 40 new participants, including representatives of nine companies new to the association in 2021. The TLMI committees represented at the summit were: technical, government and regulatory affairs, marketing, sustainability, workforce development. of work and membership. During the two-day event, the committee co-chairs led their respective groups through in-depth planning sessions, laying the groundwork for each committee’s priorities and goals for the coming year.
