The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s 2022 Home Parade kicks off April 23

On Saturday, April 23, the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association will launch the largest annual spring showcase of new homes in the Atlanta metro area. The 2022 Home Parade will feature the work of 17 builders — whether via live or digital tour — in more than three dozen communities across metro Atlanta. The Home Parade is FREE to the public and includes self-guided tours of model homes and specifications from participating builders over three weekends, including Saturday, April 23 through Sunday, April 24; Saturday April 30-Sunday May 1; and from Saturday May 7 to Sunday May 8. Featured homes will be open for tours on Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Builders offering a home tour during the 2022 Parade of Homes include Adams Homes, Brock Built Homes, Century Communities, David Weekley Homes, Eastwood Homes, Fischer Homes, Kolter Homes, McKinley Homes, Meritage Homes, Paran Homes, Piedmont Residential, Smith Douglas Homes, Southwyck Homes, Thomas Communities and Tributary Group. The more than 65 homes in the 2022 Home Parade are in the following Metro Atlanta communities: West Highlands, Ten29 West, Saddlebrook, Carmichael Farms, Tiberon on the Etowah, Twin Lakes, River Rock, Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes, Townes at Marietta, The Estates at Starr Creek, Union Grove, Parc Terrace, Creekwood, Oakleigh Pointe, Traditions of Braselton, Kirkview, Seaboard Junction, Prichard Park, Turner Village, Brannon Ridge, Hastings Manor, Worley Preserve, Westbridge, SouthLawn Townhomes, Amberwood, Victory Place, Thacker Farm, Jackson Farm, The Stiles, Escalades, Lynwood, Campbell Manor, Waterside at Riverwalk, Crossroads at Birmingham, The Cottages of Lake Lanier, Barrett Farms, The Retreat at Sterling on the Lake, Ashbury, Glenhaven at Ridgewalk, and Thunder Ridge.

Participants in the 2022 Home Parade are invited to vote for their favorite single-family homes and townhouses. In return, everyone who votes will receive a digital gift bag via email in late May after the parade ends. They will also be entered into a raffle for a chance to win one of two fire pits from Haven Design Works, a pair of bikes from Regions Bank or a Yeti Cooler from Construction Resources. Event sponsor PELLA Window and Door of Georgia will also be holding a bingo card to encourage attendees to visit as many homes as possible for a chance to win an overnight stay at the Avalon Hotel and a $100 gift card for the upscale restaurant, Colletta at Alpharetta. .
